Delete your Carevo account
Use this page to permanently delete your Carevo account, including when you no longer have the app. Deletion happens immediately and cannot be undone.
What is deleted
- Your name, email address and password (stored as a hash).
- All sign-in tokens, so every device using your account is signed out.
- Your account’s activity dates and any open website sessions.
What is not deleted
- Data on your device. Your CVs, photos, applications, cover letters, interview notes and documents are stored only on your phone and never reach our server. They stay there until you use Settings → Clear all data in the app or uninstall it.
- Records without personal data. Technical API log entries (time, address requested, result) are unlinked from your account and expire after 90 days. Anonymous usage statistics were never linked to your account.
